Service Desk Express Add Ons

A number of products are available to increase the benefits of your Magic IT Service Support solution and leverage your investment.

TW CTI Add On allows the connection between computers and telephone systems. Over the CTI interface, Service Desk Express can identify the caller (if already available in your customer database) and pre-populate your Support form with the available data. Also, calls can be initiated from your support form. The CTI implementation is based on standard protocols and works with all usual CTI servers. Among others and depending on the used telephone system, protocols like TAPI and TSAPI are supported.
 

TW Attachment Archiver unhinges and extracts the attachments from the SDE database into an external directory and sets a link to the unhinged attachment instead. This reduces the overall effort when it comes to administrative work within Service Desk Express. 

TW Relationship Viewer offers you the possibility to generate graphical views of your Configurations and Inventory Items, based on the underlying SDE data. Generate a map or an organization chart to get an overview of your complex inventory structure.
