ThinkWare
- Training Program
The ThinkWare group provides comprehensive administrator training programs for the BMC Service Desk Express Suite and its optional product components.
After the successful completion of the training, students will be enabled to fully manage all aspects of the BMC Sercice Desk Express Suite, and perform a full implementation of the product suite.
Scheduled training programs are available in our facilities in Darmstadt (Germany) and Dielsdorf/Zurich (Switzerland). In addition, ThinkWare offers on-site and on-demand training sessions and work shops.
Course Programs:
Service Desk Express - Administrator Training
- 3 days
for "Magic" system administrators, process managers
Crystal Reports for Service Desk Express
- 2 days

"Magic" system administrators
Service Desk Express Integration Engine
- 2 days
Hands-on practice with and creation of interfaces for the integration engine.
Interfaces are utilizing a variety of standard technologies (XML;
SNMP; ODBC; Text/CSV; ADSI etc.)
for
"Magic" system administrators
SDE Advanced Administrator Training
- 2 days
Business automation and CSBR incl. undocumented
features
Prerequisites:
Successful completion of the Magic system administrator training.
Training enviroment:
Class fees include all training materials and a daily lunch.
Classrooms are equipped with one desktop computer per student.

Course capacity: between 8 and 12 students.
