The ThinkWare Group currently operates from two main locations:
ThinkWare GmbH & Co. KG in Darmstadt, Germany (established: 1985)
ThinkWare AG in Dielsdorf, Switzerland (established: 1998)
Since 1994 ThinkWare has focused its products and services on Systems
Management, Service-, Support-, and Helpdesk Technology. Both companies
have 10 years of experience with as aspects of the fully web-browser
based “BMC Service Desk Express” product (initially through a reseller
partnership with Network Associates Inc., currently through a partnership
with BMC Software Inc.).
In addition, both companies are certified support partners for
BMC Software, and provide full Level 1 support for their customers.
Of course, ThinkWare supports its clients with ITIL certified consultants only.
To expand our reach and provide expert help whenever required, ThinkWare also
maintains a partner network of consultants, software manufacturers, and other
BMC-certified support organizations.
This virtual project organization was
established in 1994 – the network partners are utilized for customer
specific development and support tasks.
ThinkWare’s success is based upon this project-based organization.
We are not just selling software, through our product work – typically
provided as the general contractor - we ensure the client’s goals are
met, and the product delivers the expected ROI within the planned budgets
and time lines.
